Our company is going to celebrate its annual foundation day next month and the company president is planning to conduct an exhibit. The foundation day this year is planned to be more memorable the the previous celebrations. Lots of important people are coming and they invited all the investors of the company.

The preparation for the special event will start as early as next week and we still have much time to prepare. The company have enough budget but they still want to save a little bit. My officemate is the one who is assigned for the venue of the event and she is also the one who should prepare for decorations and everything that is in relation with the venue.

My officemate is asking for my help and she wants me to look for trade show flooring, trade show carpet, logo mats and logo canopy. The responsibility that is assigned on his shoulder is not easy so I told her that I will help her and I will look for the things that she wants me to search. The employees of the company are all excited but she is the only one who is in pressure. I hope that she will make it to satisfy our boss.
