A friend of mine owns a business and he suddenly noticed that the customers of his supermarket are now transferring to a new supermarket established near his supermarket. I made my own investigation regarding this and price of the products is not the reason. I found that the supermarket competing with his has barcode scanner in every counter which makes every transaction faster. I told my friend that if he wants his regular customers back, he definitely needs barcode scanners.
